Tobacco Shop, located at 1676-C Montgomery Highway (aka highway 31) in the over-the mountain suburb of Hoover, AL, is home to the largest walk-in humidor in the Birmingham area, with the best, and widest selections of premium hand-rolled cigars in the southeastern United States. While all good local smoke shops would like to proclaim themselves to be the epitome of customer service, convenience, selection, joie de vivre, conviviality, and graciousness- the guys at the Tobacco Shop simply like to say that our place is just a doggoned great place to relax and enjoy a good cigar!

    The Tobacco Shop and Magic City Cigars was established in 2002, with the expressed aim of becoming a repository of good taste-well, good tobacco taste, primarily. We are a full service tobacco shop, offering an array of products including domestic cigarettes, imported and clove cigarettes, pipes, pipe accessories, humidors, humidifiers, cutters, and more. However, Tobacco Shop's true pride and joy is to be found in our good old southern hospitality and our well stocked 625-sq. ft. humidor. Come meet our friendly, knowledgeable staff, peruse our spacious, well stocked shelves, and then feel free to take a seat in our "MAN CAVE"- style Perdomo Cigar Lounge in the back of our shop. We hope that our laidback style, along with comfortable leather couches and chairs, big screen televisions, clean-air smoke evacuation system, and other amenities make you feel at home. We guarantee you will find a great smoke at a great price.  If we don't have it in stock we will get it for you.  Our 650 sq. ft.  walk-in humidor is stacked from floor to ceiling with high quality hand rolled premium cigars.

We promise that you will find cigars that have been kept at the correct temperature and humidity range to ensure your cigar is perfect. 

While we do not offer online purchases we do accept phone orders. 

All orders over $100.00 ship free.  All orders under $100.00 will be shipped for  $5.00.

All phone in orders will be shipped out no later than the following business day.
